I was supposed to have Broadband fitted yesterday (Jan 30):
- 8am - team turn up and tell me they can't do anything until the engineers have arrived
- 8:30 am - I call Virgin to confirm an engineer will be coming
- 13:00 - Installer turns up and says he can't do anything until the engineers have arrived
- he makes some calls and tells me doesn't look like it will happen today
- says the team at 8am should have done it
- says the appointment will be rescheduled
- Today (Jan 31) - no contact from Virgin
- I've been on hold for ages trying to reschedule
- not how I was planning to spend my Sunday
- I really need this sorted ASAP
Anyone at Virgin: can we get this sorted please.
