Hi there,
I made my 264 MB broadband service appointment on 18/11/2023, and the installation service will be taken on 22/11/2013, but the installation routinely disappears 😨 Although I had tried to contact customer service by phone or WhatsApp, it was nobody could reply to me matter. Can’t get an answer from anyone if it’s even been ordered. It’s a frustrating and extremely annoying start. I have no internet and work from home so I rely on it. I’ve spoken to numerous people, some say it’s ordered, others say it isn’t, and others put the phone down. I’ve emailed, phoned, WhatsApp, and still😭. I honestly want one reply only now😮💨
