Originally ordered M200 Fibre Broadband 16th December 2020. Engineer booked for 11th Jan. Was told work needed to be done before this date and it would happen without me needing to be home.
11th comes around, engineer turns up and says work hasn't been done. No cable been pulled through so he can't do anything. Phones his boss to find out there is a blockage and a permit from the local council is needed to get it unblocked.
Rebooked for the 21st Jan for an engineer to come out. I can see a Service Request on my appointments now. This date moves each day and I believe it is to do with getting line unblocked.
21st is now reschedule for 4th Feb and still have a service request moving each day.
Can someone please shed some light on why this is taking so long?
I understand this is a difficult time but lack of communication and being able to speak to someone is frustrating to say the least.
