I'm new to VM and bought TV, Phone and Broadband.
I purchased the main TV box, and 2 additional boxes.
Can someone advise if there's any truth that VM are no longer committing to these second and third TV box installs?
My installer came and said they can't do it due to restrictions, and said they could only install TV, phone and broadband in one location where the main connection will be.
Any idea how/when I could get the 2 additional boxes installed (including wiring etc)?
The government has said only essential work can be done inside the home at this time due to the pandemic, I wouldn't personally class multiroom as essential services
Ok, I guess nobody at any call centre knows this. This is following literally hours of calls.
Even the install I had due today, he couldn't complete as there's some technical issue.
Virgin are trying to continue business as usual but its up to the tech to make sure he is following the law
