Installation Delays

I bought and registered for a connection on 22 Oct 2020. The salesperson who called was very good and helped me set it up really well.I had requested to let me know if additional work is needed and they would keep me informed about the entire process.

The pre install engineers came and saw the house and said additional cables will have to pulled and sent someone to do the tee box markings.

Like everyone else I am currently working out of home and need to know when the cable will be complete for the internet to be installed and begin. 

But there is no help or guidance on the same.Can someone on this forum help me expedite this.I would really appreciate it, since the phone chat messages are quite useless with giving advice whatsoever.

I'm really sorry for the delay in getting back to you and the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual.
