Installation Appointment

I had booked in an installation appointment for getting fibre brought into my house and it has now been postponed by a month, unable to get through to anyone to find out why this is or try and organise a sooner date!

I have also received a message saying Virgin will need to some external work before my appointment, but that I do not need to be home. Trying to get through to someone to say that I want to be home! Please can someone get back to me with some details of exactly what work will need to be done, and when - so I can make sure I am there to meet them and discuss with the engineer.

I'm sorry for the late reply, and to hear the installation has been delayed, this would usually be if construction work is needed prior to install.

 

I can see you've been able to contact us since posting, hope you've been able to get the information you needed.
