hi I recently joined virgin, I got the hub 3 but am having difficulty setting it up. Do I need a technician as I can’t seem to figure out where all the wires go. Thanks

Ignore the OpenReach box, nothing to do with your VM connection. The plug shown should be plugged into a mains socket. On the oblong VM box, remove the cable from the the left hand socket, it should unscrew. Now you should be able to attach the cable from your hub to this socket, it should just push on.
