Hi I’m sure there’s a guide? 
my VM app stating only supports Hub3.

That’s correct, it does not support the Hub4 or Hub5. You can do nearly everything by going into the hub on 192.168.0.1

I'm afraid that currently the Connect App doesn't work with the Hub 4, but if you need any assistance with your router and your connection then let us know.
