Installation has been delayed because of permissions or permits needed to complete work. there is no permits or permissions required to in stall underground cables in the area we live in. The duct is connected to a Virgin media cabinet.we have called customer care in different countries and we should have had outside work order 19/12/22. No one turned up. We can not get a clear answer from anyone and cannot talk to somebody in the uk. Please help us
