Hi, my install date was today, the engineer has just been and has said he cannot install as the cable to the property has been cut in the triangle there is no cable coming up through the tube inside and there is no front box. From previous tenants.
He stated he needed to get someone to come and reinstall the cable from the green box to the house.
The engineer left stating he had left a message with his manager but he was in a meeting and the engineer will call me when he hears anything about someone doing he cable.
Is this right? As I thought he could book someone to do it while he was here and let us know a date.
Also my contract is showing as started today so I hope I am not getting billed from today as this is very disappointing.
