A few weeks ago, I ordered a students broadband deal. I received order confirmation and order documents, although the order documents did not include an account number to register. The order was set to arrive 29th October, but never received dispatch confirmation, or the actual self-install kit which I ordered. I've noticed this issue seems to happen quite frequently on these forums, especially with student broadbands and I'm not sure why.
As I've tried to find help with this issue, it's become very clear that Virgin actively does not want customers to get in touch for support. The phone number both for calling and for WhatsApp support is practically hidden on the website, not that they have been able to provide any sort of help whatsoever without an account number.
