Hi,
Is there any chance of getting my installation date brought forward?
I opted out of receiving an early date via text message by mistake.
my install date is now the 31st August 😫
Does anyone know who I could talk to? I already spoke to an advisor when I changed the date originally from the 26th August,, due to hold up with my new tenancy. But now have got the go-ahead to move in next Saturday, the day it was originally booked for.
its broadband only.

Explain what you would like to do and see if they can book an earlier engineer visit.
