Install Date Keeps Moving

I registered for VM in March and our install date has been moved for the 5th time, this time to the end of May. No one has any answers for me, every time I call they say it's definitely happening on the new date and then it moves again a week before its due to take place. There are no other fibre options on our street but I'm beginning to think we'll just have to go with a copper wire connection. What I don't understand is the flat next door has Virgin Media, (we share a wall) so unsure what the delay is all about.

Any advice on getting this resolved?
