Instalation

Hi, i live in Bedford and I've signed a contract with Virgin Media in 14.12.2020. they told me that at the beginning of 2021 I'll have broadband. I've called call center a few times since then but they keep telling me that they will start some construction outside and after that I'll receive a call to book inside home instalation. But nothing happens. What should I do? I want that broadband....

Hi no consolation for you but there are so many posts like yours, as its more complicated than it seems the cable pull teams are contractors and don't work for virgin directly, council permits have to be obtained to dig roads and pavements all of which takes time, so virgin call centre staff don't know themselves when it will happen, the only thing to try is phone the pre install team 0800 052 1734.
