Indoor cable and socket damaged

Hi
I couldn't see any options to get help with this but the point to which my router is plugged in was extremely damaged when I moved in. The router seems to be working fine but the socket is unsightly (and dangerous? - I don't know). Any chance of an engineer to sort this out?IMG-20220417-WA0000.jpg

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.

It depends how long you have had a VM service, there might be a £25 fee to fix.
