Incorrectly disconnected

Hi, 

My grandparents appear to have had TV, broadband and phone disconnected. We've tried to contact someone for a few days. They're in a vulnerable situation due to having no way of contacting anyone. 

Can someone please help me.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Good luck with this, I hope your grandparents get sorted.

I got disconnected on Friday and after numerous phone calls, texts, twitter and app texts I gave up and went with another supplier, worst customer service I've ever came across
