Incorrectly charged activation fee

I signed up a few days ago which clearly stated there were no set up fees or activation fees. 

In my first bill, I’ve now been charged an activation fee. This is not what I agreed to or part of the contract I signed. 

Please can a representative of Virgin message me immediately to have this £35 fee removed from my account otherwise I’ll be leaving within my cooling off period.

staff here cannot do that - you need to talk to retentions

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues/leaving" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre
