Incorrect outstanding balance

I recently rang virgin media to discuss this.I was told by Emmanuel after 1hr and 50 mins on the phone, it would be done tomorrow which was last week.My account would be adjusted and show that i am in credit.Its keeps saying overdue bill on my statement page.All i want is a little customer service.

Amount issues need to be sorted over the phone. You could try the accounts section on this forum as well but the phone is your best bet. Ring at 8am for the least amount of hold time.
