Incorrect Power Cable

Hi all,

  • New customer to virgin, recieved parcel with router and Tv box last week. Have got into the new property and gone to install however have been sent a male to male power connector for the box which doesn't fit. Have spoken to the team and they say they have ordered me one to arrive in 5 working days (No confirmation this has happened at all after discussion.) is there anyway I can potentially source another any sooner? Obviously frustrated as my contract has started and could be almost 10 days into it before I can get it working.

I'm sorry to hear that there's a problem with the power cable. When did you discuss a replacement from the team? Did they state when to expect it? Is the incorrect power cable for the TV box or the Hub?
