Hardware installed according to the instructions....

Green light still flashing.

Called support, they claim it's active on their side. 

Not sure what the matter is

Possibly not activated, whatever offshore say, so:

Equipment activation on 0800 953 9500

Otherwise:

  • Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
