My internet seems a bit hit and miss again lately, can someone check the stats please and see if there is a fault somewhere. This is both wired and WIFI it seems but using my own router for wifi as the hub was shockingly bad for wifi signal

Hi @Spoony36,

Thanks for providing the updated logs regarding this problem. Sorry to hear things are still ongoing. Unfortunately, BQM Graphs can be affected by Modem Mode. In addition to this, we can't perform diagnostics on our end when the Hub is in Modem Mode.

So we can check this further for you, are you able to put your Hub into Router Mode during our diagnostics, so we can run the checks we need to?

Hi

The hub is now in Router mode, however this is now affecting my security cameras etc so if the diagnostics can be done quickly so I don’t have to reprogram all of them that would be a massive help.

is the hub affected by how many devices connect to it? I probably have about 20 devices that need to connect to it so is the Hub 3 suitable for that many connections?
