INTERNET KEEPS DROPPING

Hi, 

Our internet keeps going down, we have a key worker in our house- your twitter account said the issue with Virgin was fixed. I have ran a test and it says it has no faults.

It is currently dropping around every 30 mins.

 

Can someone help please?

Hi,

 

Sometimes there is a delay in getting the tags as it is new for us Field Techs to be on the forums.

 

I tried to reach out to him just to confirm if he is genuine.

Let you know if I get a reply or if he gets tags first.
