help! i cannot get broadband at all because of the incomplete connection to my flat. i need a plate according to the virgin engineer who came out before christmas - this was supposed to be followed up by an appointment to rectify that but nothing. Im paying for a service i dont have through no fault of my own. Can i have this rectified please?
