I want to get rid of my tv and telephone and just keep the broadband

OK,

I have tried to call 150 & 03454541111 and they sent me a link to the website...which I was already on.  I don't want to upgrade but there is no option for downgrading....It used to be easy as there used to be an online chat option. Now I'm just going round and round in circles.

I don't want tv as I stream everything now and never watch live tv, who even has a landline these days?

Can anyone help me ditch the tv and phone?

Re: I want to get rid of my tv and telephone and just keep the broadband

You need to ring customer services to downgrade your package.

However, I do have a landline, but there's nothing plugged into it. If I remove the landline from my package it's costs more per month! 😄

If you never watch live tv, then that is a worthwhile saving. If you don't stream any BBC content then you don't need a TV license either, that's another £15/month saving.
