so today I received my QuickStart hub 3 (I won’t even go into the issues with delivery). I have a solid green WIFI light but flashing green bar. I was previously with Vodafone.
I think my line may have been cut by the previous owner. I have 2 virgin wall sockets in the house.
i’m not overly clued up with this stuff but I assume I need an engineer to come out the line back in? I have already called the activation line and nothing has changed. Was also on hold for 1.5 hours and then I got hung up on so this isn’t going to well.
