I recieved my account number and area code but I get error DEF01

I just recieved my account number and area code.

But when I try to sign up it keeps telling me either there is DEF01 error OR that that my details do not exist so they cant create an account, can the modteam set up the account for me I'd like to see my information and track my order thank you
