Hi there I moved into a new flat.
I called up virgin before buying the service and they told me our apartment qualified for a quick kit.
We have received the quick kit however cannot find a virgin wall socket.
The two things we have found at the property are attached as photos.
We've tried attaching the hub to the white cabbled "attachment 1" When connected the hub flashes a green light (Meaning no internet connection)
I've tried to contact virgin but it's been impossible through whatsapp they take too long and when I get somebody they respond wait 1 minute then leave if no response.
Please can somebody help.
Like everyone we really need the internet and have paid for a service we're not using.

You need to request a manned install. The white cables are for a satellite TV connection. They are nothing to do with Virgin, the same as the dismantled Openreach outlet.

Give the pre-install team a call on 0800 052 1734. There will not be any additional charges as you have a self-install kit you can’t use.
