When doing a pinhole reset, push reset button for 20seconds then release for 5 seconds, repeat this 3 times then wait 15mins

Have you tried plugging an ethernet cable into the hub and connecting it to a computer. Then type in 192.168.0.1 in the address bar of your browser and press enter/return. This should take you to the log on page of the hub, use the 8 numbers on the base of the hub 'settings password', you should then be able to go to the wifi settings and see the wifi name or create one.
