I thought I had a WiFi socket on the wall but when the box arrived it turns out I don’t.so I need to book an engineer.ive been hours looking around the various pages.i have called and messaged.im new to virgin and this is not a great start
if they have send a quick start then VM has been there before - maybe someone has removed the internal box but left the wire - start outside with the external box and follow any wires inside
We had virgin media about ten years ago ?
Surely someone still needs to come out?
if you have no internal connection then yes a tech is needed - you need to ring and book one - VM will get to the thread in a few days and sort something if you have not already booked a tech
my suggestion was to try and help but you know whats needed - its no different now to 10 years ago
