I need an appointment

I have just received my new WiFi Hub on the post but I cannot self install it because I do not have a Virgin Media internet socket because I am a new customer. 

And I am unable to call someone to make an appointment for an engineer to install it. 

What do I do?

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734.

Explain what needs to be done and book an engineer visit.
