I presume you mean landline phone? The Hub4 should have been shipped with a cable for RJ11 to UK telephone socket. If you had a Hub3 previously with this setup you can swap the cable over. If it’s a new install, you could try phoning customer services or wait for a VM staff member to get to your post.
