I keep Losing Internet Connection After Service Change

Hi,

We have recently changed our broadband from Virgin M350 package to the faster M500 package. Since this move we have started to get dropouts every few hours which can only be fixed by resetting the Virgin router box.

In addition, the upload and download speed it runs at is very inconsistent, in many cases slower than it was at M350.

I would ring faults & get your connection tested. In some areas customers are being offered an upgrade to the Hub4 if the issue is related to local congestion on the network.

We kept the same hub (super hub 3), everything is physically in the same place it has been for the last twelve months.
