I haven't received a installation time for today

I have received emails saying am ready documents bin sent but I still have had a time for the installation fella does anyone no why

Sorry to hear you are lacking clarity around the time of your installation appointment! These are usually provided in a slot (Eg 8am-12noon). You can usually view upcoming appointments via your My Virgin Media account, however if you are awaiting an installation as a brand new customer your My VM may not be active just yet. 

We will send you a PM to confirm a few details so we can offer support with the appointment for you! You can find this in the top right corner of the page in your Inbox.
