Sorry to hear you are lacking clarity around the time of your installation appointment! These are usually provided in a slot (Eg 8am-12noon). You can usually view upcoming appointments via your My Virgin Media account, however if you are awaiting an installation as a brand new customer your My VM may not be active just yet.
