Could we please confirm if you've received the Hub? This would include instructions on how to set this up, if you have any trouble doing so we can then change the appointment to a manned install if needed.
Have you received any further communications from us including the direct debit confirmation?
Have you also been able to check your spam folders of the email you signed up to us with, in case these communications have gone automatically here?
