I don't recognise the bank details on my account and can't change them

Have just joined Virgin broadband and was looking up the account details and have just noticed that I don't recognise the bank details on the direct debit at all - I keep trying to call Virgin to call and correct them and can't do so. And the website won't let me change them either. How do I do this?

Hi unfortunately bill issues can only be dealt with on the phone, this is a public forum, and you need to pass security questions. Regards Micky
