I didn't get a confirmation email

Hey! 

I've been with virgin media for 3 months now and wanted to sign into my account but haven't received a confirmation email with my account number. I therefore can't sign in. 

What's the best way to get those details?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. 

I'm sorry to hear you never had the account number via email. We're not able to give you this via the Community for security however we can arrange for a letter to be sent to the account address with the account number on. 

To do that I just need to confirm some information with you so I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
