I'm not an idiot. I've tried multiple times using different emails and browsers. It is not creating my account, although I have had an email about updating my browsing safety options, that I did not request but I can't login to update them!!
Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having difficulties trying to register for an online account.
As you posted this query a short while ago have you managed to create an online account in this time at all?
If not we can offer you further advice on this matter. You stated already that you have tried several different web browsers, may we ask if you have tried a different device?
We would also recommend clearing all cookies/caches and history as this can sometimes help.
