I can’t find wall socket that is compatible with the cable

I’ve received self-installation kit today. But unfortunately, the socket in my flat is not compatible with Virgin Media cable. I can’t push the red label end of the cable into that socket. How can I fix this? Should I need to call an engineer? If so, where can I make the appointment? Could someone from Virgin Media contact me? Here’s the photo of the socket available in my flat.

That is a socket for a Freeview TV, so all it connects to is an antenna on the roof. You will need a technician assisted install.
