I can not connect my Amazon fire stick or tv after pausing it

Hi I can not connect my Amazon fire stick or TV to the internet. I believe that this happened after pausing it but I can not see it in the list of paused. What should I do? I N quite frustrated and tried to reset it and sort it for hours now. Please help!

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with certain devices. Can you confirm if you've rebooted the hub/ tried resetting the hub, and using the correct network?

Are other devices able to connect okay?



Disable MAC filtering to re-enable Paused devices

Login to the Hub's menus at

1) Advanced settings >>> Wireless >>> Security

   1.1) then set Wireless MAC Filtering to Disabled

   1.2) "Apply changes"
2) Advanced settings >>> Security >>> MAC Filtering

    2.1) then delete all entries in the MAC filter list

    2.2 Enable Always on

   2.3) "Apply changes"

I am sorry to hear that you are having connection issues with the Firestick, can you confirm if you have tried what Client62 has suggested. 

Can you confirm if you are still having issues with this since posting? ^Chris.
