I received my hub4 and tv box today. I have installed the hub4 correctly and the cables are firmly in, however I have no connection and there is a solid red light.
I rang vm who said they will activate it and in 15-30 mins I should expect it to flash and then there to be a white light however nothing happened and the hub is still displaying the solid red light and I have no connection.
I have tried restarting the hub a few times but this isn’t resolving it.
Can anyone help before I call them in the morning?
