VM rang me and asked it I wanted an upgrade on my hub3 to an hub4. I placed an order, which I was informed by VM I'd receive on 23/10/20. I received texts from the courier company, stating my order would be delivered on the 23/10/20. it never arrived.
I contacted customer service, who informed me they couldn't delete the order and to wait a week, if the order was not received to contact them again. I also raised a complaint, which I had a reply stating "The work order wasn't raised correctly. Request you contact our Technical Support Team so that a correct work order can be raised". I contacted Tech Support, only to be informed they couldn't do anything, it was a customer services issue.
I tried several times to get through without luck. Could someone please help me to resolve the issue with my order.
