Hub4 Random Reboots

I have noticed that my hub4 automatically reboots over the past few days. I assumed that it was a FW upgrade so I tried to login to the hub4 with my user defined password and found that it reverted to the factory password instead. All my other settings, Modem Mode and Light Ring off remain intact. Could this be a hack/security issue? I performed a factory reset and the hub4 but it would not allow me to set a new password after a reboot but logging in to with the default password I could change it in the hub4 settings.

Re: Hub4 Random Reboots

The Hubs do, the very odd time, throw a strop and reboot themselves.

Try a 60 second factory pinhole reset as below;
Remove any ethernet cables from the Hub and hold the pinhole reset switch for 60 seconds. Do NOT reboot the Hub, just let it do it's thing. Note you will need the passwords from the bottom of the Hub afterwards, so make sure they are legible.

If this fails, maybe the Hub is faulty and will need replaced?
