Hub3 wont connect

Just received my hub 3.

Unplugged my hub2 and plugged hub3 into existing wires.

Says that i have no broadband but if i try the old hub2 it connects.

Also i need a phone adaptor and cables. 

Hub3 came with no wires. Possibly could be a faulty one that someone has returned and kept all wires???

Did you make contact with Virgin to activate your Hub3?

Can't. No details on website. Just says that they are closed due to covid lockdown

Send a text to 07533051809 with your account number, area code, the Mac of the modem and your request to activate.
