Hub too hott

Hi, I’ve got a hub 3, once I returned from work the hub was showing a solid red light, I’ve let it cool down, restarted it, tried rebooting/resetting it numerous times the solid red light persists, the hub is not hot to touch at all,  wry frustrating as the hub has been in the same place since I originally got it

You need a replacement hub.  I've flagged your post for a staff response, they can get one posted out to you.

Re: Hub too hott

Hi there @Owaind99

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post - I am sorry that you're having some issues with your Hub at the moment. Usually the solid red light on the Hub3 means the hub is overheating. You can check what the lights mean on our dedicated link - What Do My Hub Lights Mean?

I have not been able to locate your account from here to go through further checks so will need to pop you a quick Private Message so we can take some details from you. Please look out for the Purple envelope and pop me a reply when you can.

Cheers

Katie - Forum Team
