Hub rebooting - lots of T3 timeout messages

Since this morning I hacve been getting frequent disconnections and the hub rebooting. Befotre today had no problems.

Hoping someone can advise?

A lot of your Downstream Power Levels are far too low and will require an engineer to put them right.

You can either phone in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

Do you have an attenuator fitted to the Hub and the cable that goes to the wall box ?

OK, no problem.

Get on the phone in the morning to see if you can get an engineer to sort the Power Levels out.

Just checked the service status again and it  shows an identified fault and engineer on the way, so hopefully that will sort it out. If that changes to fixed and I'm still suffering then I suppose it's off to the phone to listen to the message that keeps telling me I should try looking at the wonderful website 😵
