Hub power flashing green

So my hub has decided to stop working we have no Internet or TV as of yesterday and still the same today 

Its a hub 3

Flashing green power light 

Flashing green Internet access light flashing 

Solid green WiFi light showing 

Reset the router already and done the pin hole too 

Virgin said to check all cables and they are all good too 

Anyhelp would be amazing

You should contact the Customer Services, the sounds of this would need a tech to come out check your connections and services. The customer services should able arrange this for you.
