Hub not delivered

Our switch to Virgin is due this Saturday (23rd).  when I look online, it says that I should have had a visit today to set it up - nothing.  And we haven't had a hub/router even turn up.  I ordered the service before Christmas and now can't find a number of anyone to speak to!
