Hub not delivered

I ordered a hub a month ago and yodel never delivered it, I have called, e-mailed and written on the live chat but I have had no response! As you can imagine I am pretty upset by the lack of customer service especially as you are still taking my money for a product I do not have. Is there anyway to get a new one sent out ASAP as this is also affecting my job and my income! Also I need reassurance that the last month that I paid for will be carried over or I will be refunded.
