Hub not connecting

Hi there,

tried all the sockets we could but hub 3 continues to flash green. Engineering service has been booked but it’s not for another few days so I wanted to reach out here and see if there were any solutions to resolve it before the appointment...

Hello

Looking at the image the reason you cannot connect is that you dont have a Virginmedia socket the one on the left and right are not authorized VM connectors, I am afraid that this will need to be done by the engineer when he visits.

Thank for your help. Interesting. The previous tenants told me they used the left one successfully, any ideas why ?

Hello

When you plugged in the hub did you call the activation line 0800 953 9500.

The connection from the house may have been disconnected at the box only an engineer can resolve that, this could be as non authorized socket / cable modifications can cause  noise affect everybody who connects to same cabinet ?
