Hub install in bedroom

I am looking at joining Virgin but my current phone line and route are set up in my office which is the small bedroom at the front of the house.  

Is it possible to have the virgin router set up in here?  

When I enquired before I am sure someone said they would not go on a flat roof.

VM do not use any existing cables, they install new cables a ground level and will install on the first floor, but no higher.
